Choline 750 mcg
Inositol 500 mcg
Calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 90 mg

Suggested use: One tablet per 20 pounds of body weight. For example, a 40-pound dog gets 2 tablets, a 50-pound dog gets 3. Pets under 20 pounds get the 1-tablet minimum.
