Return Policy

About Refunds and Exchanges:

We really hope you'll be happy with the products you order from the Best Friends Store. We encourage you to ask any questions prior to placing your order. We can be reached at 435-644-3001 between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time to help. If you call during our off-hours, please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of receiving your order. Certain items can't be returned or exchanged for health reasons. These items include pet beds, toys, and garments. Fleas, ringworm, and mange are some of the problems that can be transferred from one animal to another through used items. Items that are returned worn, altered, damaged, dirty or otherwise in a condition where they can't be resold can't be refunded or exchanged. Open treats and supplements cannot be refunded or exchanged.

When we can offer a refund, the purchase price and any sales tax will be included (but not shipping costs).

As no product is indestructible, we can't be held responsible for any damage that occurred as a result of your dog's or cat's playing and/or chewing habits. No one knows your pet better than you, so to avoid any disappointment, please choose products carefully and contact us prior to placing your order if you need any assistance.

Some manufacturers do have guarantees on their products. If you need to replace an item that has a guarantee, please contact the appropriate manufacturer. If you receive a defective product please let us know as soon as possible.

Exchanges will be processed upon receipt. We accept exchanges postage-free (you pay to send in your return, but you will not be charged additional postage on the replacement). If you can, please include your packing slip with any return or exchange. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate this on the packing slip.
